You can choose to refund or exchange an item if it is deemed by Diverse Equipment as having a major fault. This is when the item:
- Has a manufacturing fault that prevented the item performing the task it was designed to do.
- Is deemed by Diverse Equipment as unsafe to use due to a manufacturing defect.
- Is significantly different from the sample or description on Diverse Equipment’s Website.
- Was deemed as damaged upon delivery by Diverse Equipment. Conditions apply.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any variance in actual value.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
Please keep your proof of purchase e.g. your receipt in the event that a claim must be raised.
It is the consumers responsibility for returning any product to us. We will reimburse you reasonable postage or transportation costs if the product is confirmed to have a major fault, so please keep your receipts. Conditions apply.
When you order something from our online shop, we use NAB to process your payment details. We do not handle your payment information directly, and do not store your credit card information.
We will dispatch your order within 48 hours providing the item is in stock. If the item is not in stock, we will contact you to confirm the expected timeframe within 48 Hours of your order being received by Diverse Equipment.
Our preferred shipment method is via TNT. If TNT do not ship to your business address, then an alternative shipping method will be chosen by Diverse Equipment.
Any shipping costs will be displayed in your cart during checkout, so you know approximately how much it will cost you. – Quotations are an estimate and may vary without notice.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site.
